A Active provides professional valet parking and traffic marshal staffing for corporate, private, and public events. All staffing is arranged in advance based on the details provided in the client inquiry.

2. Bookings & Payment

A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm a booking. Payment terms are agreed upon before the event date and outlined in the final booking confirmation.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Payments and deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel, you may reschedule your event to a new date at no additional cost, subject to staff availability. Date changes must be requested as soon as possible.

4. Liability

A Active operates with due care and professionalism. Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details, safe venue access, and any necessary permits for traffic control.
